Jacqueline Raymond is an actor, writer, and arts educator in New York City. She holds an MSEd in Educational Theatre from The City College of New York. Jacqueline is a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA and works in television, Off Broadway, and in regional theatre across the country. She is co-founder of International Girls Ensemble, a non profit dedicated to empowering girls and women through arts education. Gabrielle is so excited and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Brooklyn Acting Lab team! Gabrielle  is a recent graduate of City College of New York with a M.S.ED  in Educational Theatre  and graduate of Adelphi University with a B.F.A in Theatre. A member of AEA , Gabrielle has had the amazing opportunities to have been apart of Regional Theatre, Tours, Off-Off Broadway productions and Television. As a teaching artist Gabrielle has had the wonderful opportunities to facilitate residencies with multiple Musical Theatre and Theatre Education organizations throughout New York. She looks forward to sharing her love of the arts with her students and empowering them with tools to  develop their skills and share their talents and artistry. Futaba Shioda (he/they) studied drama and musical theatre at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and is passionate about making art more intersectional and accessible. Rachel Brudner is an actress and theatre educator who recently graduated from Muhlenberg College with degrees in Theatre and Communications and a minor in Spanish. Rachel currently also works as a teaching artist at Treasure Trunk Theatre and has taught in the past at Tada! Youth Theatre, Natan Gesang International School in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and led a community outreach theatre program at Jefferson Elementary School in Allentown, PA. Her professional acting credits include theatre for young audience shows including Sally in Cat in the Hat and Fern in Charlotte’s Web, and she can also be seen in videos for “Mother Goose Club” and heard in “Little Fox” audiobooks. Sarah Kahn is a New York-based singer, director, and educator. She currently serves as the choral director at New Voices School of Academic and Creative Arts here in Brooklyn, where she most recently music directed Legally Blonde. She is a graduate of New York University with a B.M. in Music Education and a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. At NYU, she led the revitalization of the education-focused student theater group, A Class Act. With this group, she directed Jason Robert Brown and Alfred Uhrie's Parade, as well as performed in Party Worth Crashing and The Addams Family. Her music direction credits include James and the Giant Peach, Into the Woods Jr., and Les Mis.  A self-proclaimed choral nerd, Sarah has sung in groups including the NYU Jazz Choir which performed on Good Morning America and toured through Japan. She has been inspired by countless arts educators throughout her life and hopes to bring arts education to as many students as possible....

Laura Bright is a singer, actor, and musician. She graduated from NYU with a B.M. in Vocal Performance/Music Theatre and a minor in Educational Theatre, which fueled her love of music and arts education. Her professional performance credits include Brigitta in The Sound of Recovery Music (RR Productions) and The Buddy Holly Story (North Carolina Theatre). She also served as the Assistant Music Director for West 4th Stage Co.’s production of Urinetown (dir. Taylor Haven Holt) and the Music Director for the Steinhardt Sings web-series and corresponding live concert at Feinstein’s/54 Below. Kyle David was born and raised in Brooklyn and has been running around the city performing, writing, and producing for a while. He studied at the Atlantic Acting School and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He recently appeared on stage in Moral Dilemmas of the Modern Day Vampire and Danny Rocco's Convention. He is the co-creator and co-star of Beethoven: The Web Series which is soon to be a short film. Djassi DaCosta Johnson is a native New Yorker, dancer, choreographer, filmmaker, photographer, writer, anthropologist and activist. A product of dance scholarship programs, growing up in New York City, Djassi studied at Harlem School of the Arts, Ballet Hispanico, Clark Center and as a fellowship student at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center while obtaining her BA in Anthropology and English from Barnard College, Columbia University. She has apprenticed, performed and toured with, Dance Brazil, Earl Mosley, Hernando Cortez, Bill T. Jones, Nia Love, Urban Bush Women, among others, and was a featured soloist with MOMIX for 8 years. Her choreography has been showcased internationally in films, music videos and performance piece collaborations with jazz musicians and visual artists such as Eddie Peake, Brendan Fernandes and Lia Chavez. Chantelle Broomes began her training at the Alvin Ailey American Dance School. She graduated and went on to train at the Dance Theater of Harlem. Simultaneously training at Uptown Dance Academy where she was granted the opportunity to perform the Nutcracker at the Apollo, performing alongside Misty Copeland.  She then migrated to Los Angeles where she extended her dance training at the California Institute of the Arts. It is at this school she was awarded the opportunity to train in Barcelona. Afterwards, she moved to Paris for a different perspective on classical ballet. Here she attended the Paris Marais Dance School, and the LAAC ran by former stars of the Paris Opera Clairemarie Osta and Nicolas Le Riche. She trained privately with Marie-Agnes Gillot, former star of the Paris Opera and at Stanlowa with Lorena Lopez of the Ballet de Marseilles....

Ben Boecker is a singer-songwriter, teaching artist, and voice teacher living and working in New York City. His full-length musical, “Spellbound! A Perfect Musical Fairytale” (NMI Search For New Musicals Grand Prize Winner 2016, Disney/NMI New Voices Award 2016) has been developed at the BMI Workshop, Andrew Lippas’ Writers’ Bloc, and Ken Davenport's Writers' Group. Ben has worked as an NYC teaching artist for five years with companies including TADA!, City Center, Usdan Arts Camp, Wingspan Arts, A Class Act, and the Open Hydrant Theater Company (The First Equity Theater Company in the Bronx.)  Ben has performed multiple times at 54 Below, Birdland, and the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in NJ.
