We will only dismiss your child to a parent/guardian/or authorized pick-up that has been noted on your registration form.
Screening questions will be asked each day and answers will be recorded daily. To speed up check-in we request that you respond electronically by 8AM. Any family that does not submit will be asked these screening questions verbally upon arrival.
We ask all parents/guardians to immediately notify us if your child has any Covid symptoms or has had close contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid.
At BAL, masks are optional except….
-In the event that the child has had close contact with someone with covid, they must wear a well-fitting mask for 10 days (from exposure).
-If a child has tested positive for covid, they may return on day 5 as long as they are fever and symptom free (without the use of fever-reducing medication). They must wear a well fitting mask through day 10 from the positive test result or onset of symptoms.
To ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment BAL will do the following:
If a contractor/employee tests positive for Covid-19, BAL Executive Director will immediately notify families of the children who had close contact with the individual, while maintaining confidentiality required by state and federal law and regulations.
