Lizz Mangan

Lizz Mangan (she/her/hers) is a playwright, dramaturg and educator. She is a Connecticut native and graduate of the University of Connecticut (BA in Theatre Studies; Concentration in Playwriting and Dramaturgy and a Minor in English). Coming from a devising background, Lizz believes that collaboration is one of the most powerful teaching tools there is, and aims to be a springboard for student’s ideas in order to allow them to create their own path in any given lesson. When not teaching, Lizz can be found reading plays, perfecting her at-home barista skills, and searching for the next great banana bread recipe.
