Program Description
In this session-long, mini musical program students will develop their own original musical based on the theme Spooky and Sci-fi! They will write short scenes and with the director select age-appropriate songs that support the storytelling. They will also create and learn choreography. Throughout the process they will develop their vocal, movement, and acting skills. Every student gets a part and will work with teaching artists to develop their characters through an ensemble-based rehearsal process.
On June 12th there will be an in-studio performance at BAL.
