Summer Theater Program

Option for early drop-off at 8:30 AM (M-F) and after-care until 5:00 PM (M-Th)

DATES: August 11th – 15th

COST: $715 per week

Program Description

Welcome to Revolting Kids Club — where being “too loud,” “too smart,” or “too much” is exactly the point!

Inspired by a world where books have power, school can feel like a battlefield, and even the smallest kids can make a big difference, this immersive theater workshop lets young artists step into a story of courage, creativity, and just the right amount of mischief.

Through singing, acting, and movement, students will bring to life characters who stand up for what’s right, dream big, and maybe even move things with their minds. Together, we’ll create our own mini-musical full of magic, music, and revolting fun!

Families are invited to a shared performance on Friday at 2:45 PM.

Important Program Details
  • Drop off is at 9AM and pick-up is 3 PM at BAL South Slope; 56 Windsor Place
  • We offer early drop-off at 8:30 AM (M-F/$75) at 56 Windsor Place and after-care until 5:00 PM (M-Th/$150) at our 1012 8th Avenue location. Children in after-care will be walked over to the 1012 8th Avenue location at 3 PM. They must be picked up from this location by 5PM.
  • Please send your child with a lunch, large bottle of water, and two snacks.
  • We take a mid-morning and afternoon snack break.
  • Make sure your child wears supportive/comfortable shoes. No flip-flops please. Make sure your child dresses comfortably in clothes that they can move in freely.
  • Sunscreen should be applied in the morning. Please send your child with a bottle of sunscreen so it can reapplied during the day as needed.
  • The week-long workshop culminates in a shared performance on Friday at 2:45 PM. Families are invited to attend. We will record the performance and share a link for families who are not able to attend.
