Program Description

These morning sessions led by meditation teacher and sound therapist, Kadeem Alston-Roman, will combine deep meditative practices with the use of sound bowls to help clear away the fog and grime experienced by the mind and emotions so you can take on your day. It will also give you the opportunity to process past events and issues so they can be released and you can move forward towards a successful rest of the season and year!

About Kadeem Alston-Roman

Kadeem Alston-Roman hails from Brooklyn, New York and attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Music, Art and the Performing Arts (The Fame School) in New York City. He has choreographed over 65 dance pieces in a variety of dance genres that include: modern/contemporary, neo-classical ballet, street-jazz, Broadway jazz, tap, west African and liturgical dance. Although still choreographing, in October 2019, Kadeem transitioned from his full time work in the arts to that of holistic wellness. He is trained and certified in energy healing, aromatherapy, sound therapy, meditation and hypnotherapy. Through studying and practicing these forms since 2013, he has used his skills and abilities to help organizations and individuals increase their quality of life.
