Maia Karo

Maia is an actor, director, and singer based in Brooklyn, NY. Recent credits include: War Stories (Tank); Anarchy (NPTC); DIVORCED: A Pandemic Play; Bart in Mr. Burns: a Post-Electric Play; Imogen in Cymbeline; and Crow in The Ringdove (Mettawee). Additional collaborations: Shakespeare’s Globe, Edinburgh Festival, Target Margin, HERE, Bushwick Starr, New Ohio, O’Neill Theater Center, LARK, Clubbed Thumb. Maia also teaches acting and directs children’s theater during the year and is excited to be expanding her teaching artist role into the summer!
