Jennifer began dancing at the age of three and has performed and competed in all styles of dance including musical theatre, tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, pointe, and hip hop. She has performed in many musicals including The Sound of Music, The Music Man, Cinderella, and Annie, as well as classical ballets including Nutcracker, Cinderella, Giselle, and Don Quixote. Jennifer has dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees from The Ohio State University in Film Studies and Strategic Communications, and was president of a student organization called Dance Connection where she choreographed over 24 dances during her time in college. She has worked in film, commercial, and television production, been a Hogwarts student at Universal Studios Hollywood, and worked with The Today Show in London during her summer study abroad. Originally from Orange County, California, she has a wide variety of experience teaching and choreographing at multiple dance studios to students age three to 63. Upon moving to New York City in July, Jennifer was accepted to the Broadway Choreography Intensive with Dance Lab New York under the leadership of Josh Prince. Jennifer is excited to engage her students in fun and creative movement, and looks forward to sharing her passion and love for dance and theatre at Brooklyn Acting Lab.
