ALICE PENCAVEL

Alice Pencavel’s plays have been performed in New York, California, Ukraine, and Romania.  She has worked with Lincoln Center Theater, Naked Angels, MCC Theater, Manhattan Repertory, Superhero Clubhouse, The Kraine, and The Kitchen Theater, among others, and performs her poems and stories in Brooklyn bars and coffee shops.  As a Teaching Artist in New York, she has worked with Stages on the Sound, SAY (Stuttering Association for the Young), Cypress Hills Local Development Corp., Young Playwrights, Inc., Trilok School, and Girls Write Now.
