Summer Theater Program

Option for early drop-off at 8:30 AM (M-F) and after-care until 5:00 PM (M-Th)

COST: $715 per week

Program Description

3…2…1… Lift off into a universe of fun! Get ready for an interstellar adventure in our Space Odyssey theatrical adventure. Young PLAYers will transform into brave astronauts, quirky aliens, and cosmic explorers. Together, they’ll navigate asteroid fields, discover mysterious planets, and embark on a mission to save the galaxy—all while building confidence, creativity, and friendship!
Prepare to have a blast with stellar songs, dazzling scenes, and out-of-this-world characters!

Families are invited to a shared performance on Friday at 2:00 PM.

Important Program Details
  • Drop off is at 9AM and pick-up is 3 PM at BAL North Slope; PS 321; 180 7th Avenue
  • We offer early drop-off at 8:30 AM (M-F/$75) at PS 321 and after-care until 5:00 PM (M-Th/$150) at our 1012 8th Avenue location. Children in after-care will be walked over to the 1012 8th Avenue location at 3 PM. They must be picked up from this location by 5PM.
  • Please send your child with a lunch, large bottle of water, and two snacks.
  • We take a mid-morning and afternoon snack break.
  • Make sure your child wears supportive/comfortable shoes. No flip-flops please. Make sure your child dresses comfortably in clothes that they can move in freely.
  • Sunscreen should be applied in the morning. Please send your child with a bottle of sunscreen so it can reapplied during the day as needed.
  • The week-long workshop culminates in a shared performance on Friday at 2:00 PM. Families are invited to attend. We will record the performance and share a link for families who are not able to attend.
