Program Description
In the Mini Musical program students will explore The Lion King. Through guided improvisation and prompts provided by the director, they will create characters and scenes inspired by the stories. We will look at songs from the musical Lion King and explore other music as well. Throughout the play-making, students will develop their vocal, movement, and acting skills. Every student gets a part and will work with teaching artists to develop their characters through an ensemble-based rehearsal process.
On June 13th there will be an in-studio performance at BAL.
