Program Description

In Jr. Acting Lab, young actors will create their own original short play with music, movement, and dialogue. Their work will be shared with families on the last day of class at the BAL studio. This season our theme is Trapped in a Video Game. Imagine what would happen if one day you woke up and you were stuck in a game of Roblox? What type of Pokemon adventure would you want to go on? In this Jr. Acting Lab we will dive into age-appropriate (non-violent) video games selected in collaboration with the kids in the group, and bring them to life through guided improv and theater games.

On June 12th, there will be an in-studio performance at BAL.
