Program Description
In Jr. Acting Lab, young actors will take a trip around the world through an exploration of myths. Young actors will bring these stories to life through guided improvisation and immersive drama. Through a play-making and rehearsal process students will develop their physical and vocal expression and learn to trust their instincts and impulses in a safe space. They will work together collaboratively to create their own original short play with music, movement, and dialogue that will be shared and performed with families on the last day of class at the BAL studio on Monday, January 29.
On January 29th there will be an in-studio performance at BAL.

- BAL picks up at the following schools: PK 280, PS 10, 39, 107, 118, 130,154, 282, 295, 321, Berkeley Carroll, Poly Prep, St. Savior, and The Roberts Field School.
- If your school is not on this list, please email us at admin@brooklynactinglab.org. We will do our very best to coordinate a pick-up from your child’s school.
