WHERE: Outdoors in Prospect Park

WHEN: Mondays, 3:30 – 5:30 PM (school pick-up available)

DATES: Sept. 20th – Dec. 13th (3 month program)

COST: $600/season (school pick-up: $180)

Program Description

OUTDOOR THEATER PROGRAM

In Jr. Acting Lab, young actors will create their own original script based on the theme of the workshop. This Jr. Acting Lab will dive into the lively animal world of EB White in classics like Charlotte’s Web. Young actors will create their own short play with music, movement, and dialogue. We will have a shared performance in the park in December.

  • Classes meet and are released at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park.
  • In rain, snow or very cold weather, we will move to the Zoom theater.
  • No class on October 11th (Indigenous Peoples’ Day).

  • If your school is not on this list, please email us at admin@brooklynactinglab.org. We will do our very best to coordinate a pick-up from your child’s school.
