11/5/19 @ Albee Dance: Under the Sea – A Quest for Nemo
Schools may be closed for Election Day but Brooklyn Acting Lab is OPEN on Tuesday, November 5th! Drop your child off for a special PLAY in a DAY program inspired by the Disney classic, Finding Nemo!
We will take a deep dive into the sea and explore the creatures of this underwater world. Will you be a mermaid, a clownfish, an octopus, a shark? That’s for you to decide! We will embark on an adventure to find a sea creature friend who has gone missing by the name of Nemo! Where could he be? Through the immersive drama we will sing, dance, and tell our own story of where Nemo is and how we can find him.
9 AM – 3 PM @ Albee Dance. Early Drop Off available. No After-care available on this date at this location. The PLAY will be shared at the end of the day (2:30 PM) and family/friends are invited to attend. Additional details below.

- Who: Open to kids in Grades K-4
- When: 9AM-3PM on School Breaks and Holidays

What to Bring / Wear
- Please send your child with lunch, a snack, a bottle of water, hand sanitizer, and an extra clean mask. All kids should wear clothes that they can move comfortably in.

Cancellations
- BAL will not offer a refund if you cancel your registration for a PLAY in a Day program.
- BAL reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. If the program is cancelled, you will be issued a refund or if you choose, a credit.
Join us in Prospect Park to Create a PLAY in a Day!
- Who: Open to kids in Grades K-5
- When: 9AM-3PM on School Breaks and Holidays
- Where: We meet and are released at the 11th Street entrance to Prospect Park
What to Bring / Wear
- Please send your child with a snack, a bottle of water, hand sanitizer, a towel or mat to sit on, and an extra clean mask.
- All kids should wear sneakers and clothes that they can move comfortably in.
- In rain, snow or very cold weather, we will move to the Zoom theater
