Cancellation Policies

Winter 2021 Outdoor Program Cancellation Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for in-person programs this winter.

  • If a child misses a class, they will be given the option to make-up the class in our virtual program. Due to space and social distancing restrictions, we are not able to offer make-up in-person classes this winter.
  • If in-person programming is suspended due to Covid-19 or other reasons out of BAL’s control, we will move all programming online for the remainder of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event that programs must be moved online due to a shutdown.
  • If a program is cancelled due to low-enrollment, you will be given the option of receiving a refund or applying the payment as a credit towards another program (either outdoors or online).

Virtual Programming Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds and credits for online classes are available up to two-weeks before class start date.
  • Refunds are not currently available for drop-in classes, unless the class is cancelled by BAL due to low enrollment.
  • BAL reserves the right to cancel an online class prior to the start of the session. Full refunds will be issued if BAL cancels a program due to low enrollment.

“At BAL” In-Person Programming Cancellation policy

We are operating in unprecedented territory with many unknown variables. State / City mandated closures, or new guidelines can occur at any time, with very short notice. We may be forced to change/shut down our “in person” program if this happens.

In the event that we have to adjust our in studio program, we will immediately switch our classes to Zoom on the same schedule. No refunds will be given as the session would continue online until we could return to the studio.
