Winter/Spring 2025 Programs Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for winter/spring programs after December 13th, 2025.
  • Payment for Winter/Spring programs must be paid in full no later than December 13th, 2025. We will not be able to hold your spot if payment is not received by this time.
  • If in-person programming is suspended due to Covid-19 or other reasons out of BAL’s control, we will move all programming online or outdoors for the remainder of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event that programs must be moved online or outdoors due to a shutdown.
  • If BAL needs to cancel a program due to low-enrollment, you will be given the option of receiving a refund or applying the payment as a credit towards another program. The credit will be valid for any BAL programs through 2025.

Summer 2024 Program Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or credits will be given after April 29th, 2024.
  • You can request to switch a week by emailing admin@brooklynactinglab.org. If there is space in the week you are requesting, we will accommodate the switch. You must request the switch at least two weeks prior to the week you are registered for. There is a $40 switching fee.
  • If in-person programming is suspended due to Covid-19 or other reasons out of BAL’s control, we will move all programming online or outdoors for the remainder of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event that programs must be moved online due to a shutdown.
  • If a program is canceled due to low-enrollment, you will be given the option of receiving a refund or applying the payment as a credit towards another program. This credit is valid through June 2025.
