Cancellation Policies

No refunds or credits will be issued for programs after January 2nd, 2024.
If a child needs to miss a class due to illness or quarantine, we will offer the opportunity for a make-up. We will allow ONE make-up per season.
Payment for Winter/Spring 2024 programs must be paid in full no later than December 28th, 2023. We will not be able to hold your spot if payment is not received by this time.
If in-person programming is suspended due to Covid-19 or other reasons out of BAL’s control, we will move all programming online or outdoors for the remainder of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event that programs must be moved online or outdoors due to a shutdown.
If BAL needs to cancel a program due to low-enrollment, you will be given the option of receiving a refund or applying the payment as a credit towards another program. The credit will be valid for any BAL programs through 2024.

No refunds or credits will be given after April 29th, 2024.
You can request to switch a week by emailing admin@brooklynactinglab.org. If there is space in the week you are requesting, we will accommodate the switch. You must request the switch at least two weeks prior to the week you are registered for. There is a $40 switching fee.
