Brooklyn Acting Lab, is currently looking for theatre educators and practitioners, designers (lighting, costume, set), choreographers, musicians, and playwrights for our youth programming. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children (Pre-K through 8th grades) in an after-school setting. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in and enthusiastic about devising new work with young people and feel confident and comfortable leading ensembles of 10-15 participants. Brooklyn Acting Lab, a non-profit organization, is currently looking for theatre class proposals from teaching artists and performing artists to produce for their after-school programming (Pre-K through 12th grade) & adult programing. Most workshops will be located in Brooklyn. If you are interested in teaching any theatre related workshop at Brooklyn Acting Lab please submit a workshop proposal. All submitted workshop proposals will be reviewed with the potential to be produced by Brooklyn Acting Lab. Workshop proposal should include: Proposed name of the class Max number of students for the class Class description Target audience for the class (What kind of actor/person would be taking the class?)
