10/1/19 @ Albee Dance: Comedy & Improv
Schools may be closed for Rosh Hashanah but Brooklyn Acting Lab is OPEN on Tuesday, October 1st! Drop your child off for a special “Comedy and Improv” PLAY in a DAY program inspired by the work of Mo Willems!
Come as you are! We will play improv theater games and explore the comedic world of Piggie and Elephant and The Pigeon. We will act out sketches, tell jokes, and have a hilarious day together!
After Care and Early Drop Off available. The PLAY will be shared at the end of the day (see schedule below) and family/friends are invited to attend.
Join us AT Brooklyn Acting lab
- Who: Open to kids in Grades K-4 and 5th-8th
- When: 9AM-3PM
- Where: Brooklyn Acting Lab: 56 Windsor Place (K-4th) and 1012 8th Avenue (5th-8th)
What to Bring / Wear
- Please send your child with lunch, two snacks, and a bottle of water. All kids should wear clothes and shoes that they can move comfortably in.
Cancellations
- BAL will not offer a refund if you cancel your registration for a PLAY in a Day program.
- BAL reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. If the program is cancelled, you will be issued a refund or if you choose, a credit.
Join us in Prospect Park to Create a PLAY in a Day!
- Who: Open to kids in Grades K-5
- When: 9AM-3PM on School Breaks and Holidays
- Where: We meet and are released at the 11th Street entrance to Prospect Park
What to Bring / Wear
- Please send your child with a snack, a bottle of water, hand sanitizer, a towel or mat to sit on, and an extra clean mask.
- All kids should wear sneakers and clothes that they can move comfortably in.
- In rain, snow or very cold weather, we will move to the Zoom theater
